So, with summertime there are lots of pictures and less blogging for me. Why is that?! Guess we get busy. And both girls are home all day everday! Anyways, I have to play catch up for the month of June... my goodness, it is already July!! Sheesh.
~
The church where R goes to preschool had a kickoff summer Water Day.
The little bathing-beauty got to debut her new swimming suit and hat.
And the bigger beauty got to debut her goggles. This one is NOT a fan of water sprinkers, so she asked for goggles to protect her eyes from splashing. She's getting better about it though...
"Who's having fun in the baby pool?!?!"
"This girl!!!!"

Running through the bouncy/sprinkle thing.
See? She finally lost the goggles. Went to check on sister...
...quick hugs...
... and a kiss.
Reagan with her BFF from school, Caylie. And Caylie's little brother, Nate. Who has the cutest potbelly EVER, and has a little love-affair brewing with Brooklyn. He loooooves Brooklyn, and I think the feeling is starting to be mutual. :)
Action-shot!
Brooklyn sat here for over an hour, just chilling. Got a little bored, here, though.
Catching the sprinkler in her mouth.
Smiley!
Just some sweet lovin' for Daddy one evening after bathtime.
Doctoring AND mothering her baby.
Kisses!
This was R's idea one day for lunch.... a picnic in the living room in their chairs.
Watching Toy Story 2, in prep for the big opening of the new one (which both girls loved!).
R was playing in B's room while B was doing therapy one day. I came into B's room, the lights out, to find her bed like this: that is Lion Prize, Brooklyn's Monkey, Ming Ming, and Mr. Beaver all under the girls' Purples.
We were THRILLED to keep our sweet friend Baby Nathaniel one morning recently. Brooklyn was especially excited to see him. If this picture had sound, it would be a loud pitched SQUEAL.
"Look, Mommy!!"
She was literally trying to climb in his lap... he had been at our house for a total of 2 minutes.
B also decided she was a baby again and needed her Bumbo.
She nearly smothered him with love!
Not smelling his diaper, but giving his back a hug!
Seriously, could he BE any cuter?!
He fell asleep on my bed like this...
Reagan was pretend-sick this particular day, and made her hospital bed inside our sofa-back table.
Brooklyn coming to check on Sister. (Oh, Brooklyn, fix your feet!! Painful to look at, huh? Thankfully she doesn't care.)
