Thank you Mauri for blessing Reagan last year with that Scripture! It is now a favorite of mine and will be repeated over and over to our children.

Now, as a Mom, I look at birthdays much differently! As a kid you look forward to the party, the presents, and adding one to the question "how old are you?" As a mom, birthdays will be always about looking back. Looking back to the day that picture of R was taken in the hospital... with her legs sticking up in the air and her chubby little cheeks. How she got so big in 731 days (don't forget leap year!), I will never know. Happy happy birthday sweet girl! Your Mommy and Daddy love you SO much it is ridiculous! (Pictures to come tomorrow... I worked forever deciding which to post that I am now too tired to finish!!)

I am right there with ya....each birthday Sammi is so excited to be another year older while I cry that she is growing so fast.
